WUJS Talks: Israeli Students in times of War - Challenges, Realities and Needs in Academic Life (Online Session)

On 29 March 2026, WUJS hosted the second session of its WUJS Talks series in partnership with the National Union of Israeli Students (NUIS). The online session focused on the realities faced by students in Israel since the outbreak of the war with Iran and brought together 20 participants from the international WUJS network. he conversation centred on a nationwide survey conducted by NUIS and presented by its CEO, Yonathan Margolis.  The findings offered a clear snapshot of how students across Israel are navigating this period, from academic disruption and uncertainty to personal, financial, and emotional strain.
