Publicity and Marketing

How to tell others what you are doing?

*Publicity

Picture
Publicity is about "CHANGING PEOPLE'S MINDS AND BEING BELIEVED". You need to change people's minds about what you are selling in a believable way. This might mean encouraging somebody who comes to your society meetings to come more often by persuading them that they are going to be better than before. It might mean encouraging people that they are going to get a social life by coming along. But remember - "change people's minds, and be believed".

Publicity Ideas

Picture
Effective publicity is essential to the success of any event or organisation. Since the power student groups have relies on people, getting the word out is one of the most important things you will do. It requires a well-thought-out strategy and plan.

*Marketing

And how it applies to Jewish Student Organisations…

How to: Publicise an event

Picture
No matter how much work, time and money has been invested in the planning of an event, the event can not be considered a success unless there is adequate attendance by the target audience. A thorough publicity plan is the only way to guarantee this kind of attendance. Once an event has passed a preliminary planning stage, it can be advertised immediately.
