FZY, the Federation of Zionist Youth (UK), is seeking for an outstanding staff member to join their team as the Diller Teen Fellows Programme Coordinator & Year Course Recruiter.
The Diller Teen Fellows is an immersive experiential education programme for school year 12 designed to inspire and promote leadership among Jewish youth. This International programme began in San Francisco 18 years ago and has since expanded to include 16 communities around the world, a growing number of international communities, and an equivalent number of 16 Israeli communities.
The FZY Year Course programme is a 9 month course based out of Jerusalem and Bat Yam in Israel for high school graduates. The programmes aims to develop, educate and train the participants to be the future ambassadors for Israel and leaders of the Jewish community. Through study, volunteering and experiential elements, participants gain a greater understanding of Israel, Judaism and themselves and are better prepared to enter university and the employment world.
